浅析2008年新疆地区气候及其对农牧业生产的影响

Analysis on the Impact of Climate on Agricultural and Livestock Production in Xinjiang Region during the year of 2008

2008年平均气温全疆大部异常偏高;年降水量全疆大部偏少;开春期全疆大部偏早;终霜期北疆大部偏晚,天山山区偏早,南疆西部偏早、东部偏晚;初霜期和入冬期全疆大部偏晚。总体来说,2008年新疆最突出的气候特点是气温高、降水少、干旱严重。从全疆农牧业气象年景来看,仍为平偏丰年景,气象条件对农牧业生产尤其是对棉花生产较为有利。

The annual average temperature is higher in most of Xinjiang region during 2008 （1 - 12 months）; the annual precipitation is less; the early spring period is earlier; the end of frosty period is later in most of North Xinjiang and east of South Xinjiang, but it is earlier in Tianshan mountains area and western of South Xinjiang; the first frost period and early winter period are later in most of Xinjiang region. In general, the most prominent climate is characterized by high temperature,less precipitation and severe drought in Xinjiang Region during the year of 2008. From the agrometeorological year harvest of agriculture and animal husbandry in Xinjiang, it leans towards bumper harvest year scene, meteorological conditions are beneficial to agricultural and livestock production especially cotton produetion.
