寒地桑蚕饲养技术

The Rearing Technique of Silkworm in Cold Region

对寒地饲养桑蚕关键性技术进行了阐述。蚕卵催青温度保持在22℃、干湿差2.5℃,到第5d至孵化期,蚕卵保护温度为25～26℃,干湿差1～1.5℃;小蚕期饲养温度1龄适宜温度为28℃,干湿度为1℃,2～3龄适宜温度为26～27℃,干湿差1～1.5℃;大蚕饲养适宜温度23～25℃,干湿差2.5～3℃,室内空气流通、防止室内高温、多湿。在各龄期要精选良叶,稀放饱食,严格消毒防病,控制病原。该项技术的形成与应用,推动了寒地桑蚕业的发展。

The key technology for rearing silkworm in cold region was expounded, the results showed that incubation temperature of graine was 22℃, psychrometric difference was about 2.5℃, incubation period was 5d, protective temperature was 25 - 26℃, psychrometric difference was in the range of 1-1.5℃; the optimum temperature of young silkworm was 28℃ during the 1st instar stage, psychrometric difference was 1 ℃, the optimum temperature was 26 - 27 ℃ during the 2nd - 3rd instar stage, the difference between dry and wet bulb temperatures was 1 - 1.5℃; the optimum temperature of grown silkworm was 23 -25℃, the difference between dry and wet bulb temperatures was in the range of 2.5 - 3 ℃, indoor air should be kept through promptly to prevent high temperature and wet in room. The formation and application of this technology pushes forward the development of silkworm in cold region.
