摘要
通过完善气象服务提高农业防灾抗灾能力,发展生态农业和促进农业结构调整,是建设新农村的要求,是实现农业可持续发展的保障。分析了中国农业气象服务现状与存在的问题,并探讨了农业气象服务的发展思路与趋势。
Through perfecting meteorological service, to improve the ability of agricultural disaster prevention, develop ecological agriculture and adjust agricultural structure are the requirement of new countryside construction, and is the safeguard of realizing sustainable development of agriculture. In the article, the present situation and existing problems of agriculture meteorological service were analyzed, and the development thought and tendency of agriculture meteorological serviee were discussed.
