Based on the realistic situation of forestry, the paper made a summary of developing modernization forestry industry, and some countermeasures for developing industrialization of forestry economy scientifically in premises of ecology construction were put forward, it provides new idea and theoretical foundation for the scientific,sustainable and healthy development of industrialization of forestry economy.
