试论有效教学的课堂文化构建

On Constructing Classroom Culture of Effective Teaching

有效教学已成为课堂教学研究中的一个热点,我们在关注有效的课堂活动的同时,更应该重视课堂教学过程中的规范、价值观念及师生在课堂上的互动交往和行为方式的整合所构成的课堂文化,有效的教学与有效的课堂文化是辩证统一、相互促进的。本文在分析有效教学及有效教学的课堂的基础上,从文化学的视角对有效教学的课堂文化进行了初浅的探讨,进而分析了有效教学的课堂文化建构的基本取向。

Effective teaching has become a hot area in classroom teaching research. When focusing on effective teaching, we should also pay attention to the classroom culture including norms, values in the classroom, and the interaction between the teacher and students. Effective teaching and effective classroom culture are dialectically unified, and they promote each other. Based on the analysis of effective teaching and effective classroom, this paper tries to interpret how to construct the classroom culture of effective teaching from the cultural perspective.
