摘要
进入21世纪以来,随着我国经济社会的迅猛发展和世界教育大潮的影响,我国教育正经历着前所未有的变革与发展。实现教师教育专业化,加强教师队伍建设,增强教育的适应性,是当前教育领域的热点话题。本文通过对教师教育专业化概念的丰富与界定和具体实施策略的构想与阐述,以谋求学界同仁对该理念进一步提高认识,扩大共识。
Since the beginning of the 21st century, along with China's rapid economic and social development and impact of world education, China's education has been undergoing unprecedented transformation. Realization of professionalization in teacher education, strengthening of teachers' construction, and enhancing the adaptability of education has become currently hot topics in the field of education. This paper was a further study of professionalization of teacher education.
