摘要
大学生的专业承诺是指大学生认同、喜爱所学专业并愿意付出相关努力的积极态度和行为。本文对西南大学2007级免费师范生进行问卷调查,探讨免费师范生这一特殊大学生群体在情感承诺、经济承诺、规范承诺、继续承诺四个维度表现出来的专业承诺状况,并结合调查结果提出免费师范生教育的建议。
Professional commitment refers to the approving, preferring their majors, and their active attitudes and behavior college students present in willingness in expending corresponding efforts. This paper probes into the professional commitment of the tuition-free normal university students in Southwest University. The 2007 students of this university were studied. The professional commitment studied included emotion, economic, normative and continuing aspects. Finally, some suggestions were made for tuition-free teacher education.
