摘要
中国的干部教育培训体系正在结构重组中实现新的重大转型,培训结构的调整必将带来培训理念、布局、功能、模式、内容、形式及管理的深入变革,打造教育品牌、深化教学改革是干部教育培训创新的关键所在,也是干部教育培训能力提升的重要标志,围绕构筑培训品牌,必须全面把握时局,准确理清思路,锐意改革创新。
The training and education system for cadres in China is now undergoing restructure and expecting new transformation. Restructure always demands updating the training philosophy, and adjusting the current training configurations, such as the functions, models, forms and managements of cadre training.The key point is to forge the party school's brand fame in cadre education, by enhancing its teaching and training quality. So awaring the need of the time, the current task for party schools is to focus on creating their own brands of cadre education, with necessary reforms and innovations.
