摘要 本文提出了一个由氦氖激光器、光学系统、CCD和微机组成的高精度线径动态检测系统。该系统采用激光作为照明光源和CCD高速扫描,通过微机进行测量误差动态修正,具有精度高、成本低、可靠性好、对光学系统要求低等优点。 In this paper a dynamic diameter-measuring system with high precision is proposed. It is consisted of He-Ne laser optical imaging system CCD unit and microcomputer. The using of laser as illuminating light source and CCD with fast scanning ability makes the availability of high precision in the dynamic measuring condition. Because the microcomputer is used to correct the measuring errors the precision of measurement is improved but the requirement of the optical imaging system is decreased. And the instrument also has the advantages of high precision lower cost and better reliabilitY.
