BmNPV的PK基因和杆状病毒PK基因的进化分析 被引量:1

摘要 家蚕核型多角体病毒镇江株(BmNPVZJ8)蛋白激酶(BmvPK-1)基因编码区含828个核苷酸,可编码推测分子量为32kD的多肽。应用GCG程序分析表明BmvPK-1与AcMNPV的PK-1相似性最高,两者氨基酸序列相似性达95.2%。比较同时表明,BmvPK-1氨基酸序列与其它生物Ser/ThrPK的催化结构域有很高的同源性,与人的HSPKCE,果蝇的dPKC98F和酵母的TPK1的催化结构域分别有31.1%、32.3%和31.2%的相似性。在PK的进化树中,杆状病毒PK是一独立进化的分枝,BmvPK-1与PK-1进化距离最近,而HavPK则与HzSNPV的PK距离最近。 The coding region of BmvPK-1 gene of Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus (BmNPV)Strain 2J8 is 828 nt long and potential to encode a polypeptide with predicted molecular mass of 32 kD. Analysis with GCG program shows BmvPK-1 is most closely related to PK-1 of AcMNPV,with 95.2% similarity in amino acid sequence. Comparison of the predicted amino acid sequence of BmvPK-1 with Ser/Thr PK of human,fruit fly and yeast also shows a high degree of homology,with similarities of 31. 1%, 32. 3 % and 31. 2%, respectively. A phylogenetic tree drawn by using PC/GENE program for PKs from 7 NPVs and 3 eukaryotic organism showed that 7 NPV PKs are in an independent branch, and there is the closest phylogenetic relationship between BmNPV BmvPK-1 and AcMNPV PK-1,and between HavPK and HzSNPV PK.
