摘要
植物根系释放分泌物是根际修复土壤多环芳烃污染的重要机制之一,但对于多环芳烃污染下根系分泌物的研究很少。以玉米Zeamays L.为供试材料,通过土培培养试验方式研究了在多环芳烃芘处理下,玉米根系分泌氨基酸的变化。结果表明,种植玉米21d后,低质量分数芘(75mg·kg-1)处理和高质量分数芘(600mg·kg-1)处理种植玉米土壤芘的去除率分别为36.0%和28.2%。氨基酸分泌总量随着芘胁迫的加强显著增多,低质量分数芘处理和高质量分数芘处理下氨基酸分泌总量分别是无芘胁迫处理下的1.25倍和5.12倍。不同芘质量分数处理下玉米根系分泌的氨基酸的种类和数量的变化情况不相同。
The root secretion of plant is one of important mechanisms of phytoremediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. In recent years, there were large numbers of researches concerned about phytoremediation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, however, few of them were about the root secretion under stress of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon contamination. Maize (Zea mays L.) was used as experimental material to study amino acid exudation from roots grown in soil under pyrene stress. The results showed that at the end of the 21-day experiment, the ratios of pyrene dissipation were 36.0% and 28.2% in low (75 mg·kg-1) and high (600 mg·kg-1) pyrene concentration treatment, respectively. Total amino acid concentration was significantly promoted with increase of pyrene concentration treated. Total amount of amino acid secreted in low and high pyrene concentration treatments were 1.25 and 5.12 times than that in control treatment (0 mg·kg-1). Data indicated that the kinds and contents of amino acids examined were different in those root exudates under the stresses of different pyrene concentration.
