摘要
采用火棉胶包埋,Nissl(克紫)、Luxol固蓝——克紫、Weil氏染色方法,对9例成年北京鸭外展神经核、外展神经副核和面神经核的形态、位置和细胞构筑进行了研究。计算和测量其中5例北京鸭三核团的长度和核团内细胞脑体的直径。用统计学方法处理,结果如下:外展神经核长约1.16±0.17mm;外展神经副核长约0.80±0.06mm;面神经核长约0.96±0.07mm。外展神经核由中、小细胞构成,中型细胞占74.4%,小细胞占25.6%;外展神经副核由中、小细胞构成,中型细胞占26.8%,小细胞占73.2%;面神经核由大、中、小细胞构成,大细胞占15.6%,中型细胞占80.4%,小细胞占4.0%。结合禽类和哺乳类的有关文献,对北京鸭脑的上述核团的形态、位置和亚核划分与其它禽类和哺乳动物的相应核团进行了比较和讨论。
This paper has dealt with the cytoarchitecture, morphology and Location of the nuclei of nervi abducence, nervi abducence accessorius and nervi facial of nine Pekin ducks' brains, which wer embedded in celloidin and stained by Nissl, Luxol fast blue and Weil's method- The Lenghth of the nuclei and the diamter of the cell bodies in them were measured with five serial celloidin section and counted in statistical method. The result was as follows:the lenghth of the nuclei of nervi abducence, nervi abducence accessorius and nervi facial were 1. 16 ±0. 17mm,0. 80± 0. 06mm and 0. 96±0. 07mm respectively; the nucleus of nervi abducence consisted of middle - sized and small cells (M: 74. 4 %, S:25. 6 % ); the nucleus of nervi abducence acceaserius also consisted of middle - sized and small cells (M:26. 8 %, S: 73. 2 % );the nucleus of nervi facial consisted of large, middle - sized and small cells (L: 15. 6 %, M:80.4 %, S: 4. 0 % ). The present study compared and discussed the morphology, location and division of subnuclei of the nuclei of Pekin ducks with other birds' and mammal's papers.
