Review on High Quality Somatic Embryogenesis in Artificial Seed of Plant

高质量体细胞胚的快速生产，制约着植物人工种子付诸应用。为尽早解决这一问题，本文对高质量体细胞胚的概念及其必要性、影响质量体细胞胚发生的因素，以及衡量高质量体细胞胚的标准等问题进行了综述。

Taking the artificial seed of plant into applieqtion is seriously restricted by the multipropagation of high quality somtic embryo(HQSE). In order to solve the problem at an eary date, the present paper summarrized the different aspects of HQSE. It is the high quality somatic embryogenesis that makes artificial seed successfully. The plant hormones have an important effect on the high quality embryognesis, and 2,4 - D is the subtlest one among all the factors.However, to achieve the high quality dicotyledonous embryoid, the balanced regulatory effect amon the accelerators(2,4 - D,6 - BA, NAA et. al)and the inhibitors(ABA et. al) is very necessary.
