摘要
对顺电相钽铌酸钾锂(KLTN)晶体四波混频相位共轭特性进行了实验研究。在相变温度附近,外加电场下获得了高达208%的相位共轭反射率。同时研究了在外加电场作用下泵浦光与信号光光强比对晶体相位共轭反射率的影响。
The phasecjnjugation property by four - wave mixing of paraelectric potassium lithium tantalate niobate crystal was studied. Phaseconjugation reflectivity of 208% was obtained under external field around the Curie temperature. The influence of the ratio of pump intensity to signal intensity on phaseconjugation reflectivity was discussed under external field.
