摘要
用高压液相色谱法测定了酸奶饮料中三聚氰胺的含量.结果表明:在0.1~1.6μg/mL范围内三聚氰胺与峰面积呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.9973,回归方程为:A=59746C+183.48,回收率为98.1%-99.0%,变异系数小于1.52%.
HPLC is used for the determination of melamine in acidophilus milk beverages. The results show that the linear range of melamine is between 0.1 - 1.6 μg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.997 3 and the regression equation being A = 59 746 C + 183.48, and recovery of the method is 98.1% - 99.0% and RSD less than 1.52 %.
