钼酸钠与表面活性剂对碳钢的协同缓蚀作用 被引量:1

摘要 采用稳态极化法测定了碳钢在0.1mol/L氯化铵溶液中的极化曲线,研究了在体系中添加不同浓度钼酸钠的缓蚀作用,及其与表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠复配后的协同效应。结果表明:实验范围内,随着钼酸钠浓度的增大,缓蚀效率增加;体系中添加0.1g/L钼酸钠,缓蚀效率为51.45%,而当0.05g/L钼酸钠与0.06g/L十二烷基磺酸钠复配后,缓蚀效率可达69.78%。 The polarization curves of carbon steel in 0. 1mol/L ammonium chloride were studied by steady state polarization method. Inhibitions and synergistic inhibition effects of the inhibitor sodium molybdate with different concentration and surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfonate were discussed. The experimental results showed that the corrosion inhibition efficiency increased with the increasing of the concentration of molybdate. Adding 0. 1g/L of sodium molybdate in the system, the inhibiting efficiency was 51.45%. As 0.05g/L molybdate and 0.06g/L sodium dodecyl sulfonate sifting, the synergistic inhibiting efficiency was 69.87 %.
