中药川芎固体粉末和乙醚提取物红外光谱研究 被引量:1

摘要 利用傅立叶变换红外光谱技术,采用20个川芎样本图谱的均数分别建立了川芎药材固体粉末和乙醚提取物红外对照图谱,对影响红外光谱的实验条件进行了优化选择,并进行了精密度、稳定性和重复性实验,结果表明,中药川芎固体粉末和乙醚提取物红外图谱存在较大差异,该方法具有快速、准确、稳定性好、重复性好等特点,必将在中药的定性鉴别方面发挥重要作用。 Using Foruier transform infrared spectrometry, the infrared spectra of solid powder and ether extracts of rhizorna chuanxiong were established using the mean spectrum of 20 rhizorna chuanxiong samples, respectively. The experimental conditions were optimized and the precision, repeatability and stability of the method were investigated, respectively. The results show that obvious differences in infrared spectra were observed between solid powder and ether extracts. The proposed method is fast,reproducible and stable and can play an important role in the identification of Chinese traditional medicine.
