凤尾草提取物的抗肿瘤活性的研究

Study of the extractive from Pteris multifida Poir on anti-tumor activity

采用小鼠腋下接种肿瘤细胞法测定凤尾草提取物的抗肿瘤活性、胸腺指数和脾指数,并采用MTT法测定了凤尾草提取物对小鼠脾细胞的增殖活性。结果显示凤尾草提取物对移植性肿瘤(肉瘤S180和肝癌H22)具有显著的抑制作用,可提高胸腺指数和脾指数,对小鼠脾细胞的增殖具有促进作用,并有较好的剂量依赖关系,表明中药凤尾草有可能是通过增强机体的免疫能力来实现其抗肿瘤活性的。

To study the anti-tumor activity of the extractive from Pteris multifida Poir. S180 and H22 were treated in vivo on KM mice by the extractive for ten days. The activity of mice spleen cells of proliferation was detected by MTT method. The result showed that the extractive had obvious antitumor activity on KM mice S180 and H22, meanwhile could markedly stimulate mice splenocyte proliferation and had significant dose-dependent relationship. Our results indicate that the extractive from Pteris multifida Poir can realize its anti-tumor activity by promoting immune competenc of body.
