信息化测绘体系的基本概念和主要任务解析

Analysis of basic concept and primary mission of informationized surveying and mapping system

信息化测绘体系建设一直是近几年来测绘领域广泛关注的研究热点,笔者对信息化、信息化测绘、信息化测绘技术以及信息化测绘体系的基本概念进行了分析和归纳,对信息化测绘体系建设特征和主要任务进行了系统地阐述。笔者认为遵循国家信息化测绘体系建设的总体要求,信息化测绘体系的特征为测绘生产自动化、测绘成果多样化、测绘服务网络化、测绘产品社会化;而推动传统测绘产业改造升级、加快信息化测绘基础设施建设、开发利用地理信息快速获取技术、建设地理信息网络化服务体系是信息化测绘体系建设的主要任务,特征和任务的明确有利于推进测绘信息化进程,可为经济社会发展提供可靠、适用、及时的测绘保障。

Informationized surveying and mapping system construction is the hot research spotl in the surveying and mapping field in recent years. The primary mission and aim of Informationized Mapping System construction were discussed systematically. It has summarized and analyzed the basic concept and features of informationization, informationized surveying, mapping technology and informationized survying and mapping system. And its characteristics and primary missions are carried out systematically. According to the national surveying and mapping of the overall system requirements, informationized surveying and mapping system is characterized with the production automation achievement diversification, service networking, products socialization. The primary missions are promoting Survey and upgrading of traditional industries, speeding up information-based mapping infrastructure construction, developing and utilizing of geographic information rapid aquisition to technology and building a network of geographic information service system. Therefore the definitude characteristics and primary missions are in favor of promoting informationized surveying course, and it will provide a reliable, applicable, timely surveying and mapping guarantee for economic and social development.
