从转基因马铃薯中纯化的人白细胞介素-12的生物学活性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究从转人白细胞介素-12(hIL-12)基因马铃薯中纯化的hIL-12的生物学活性。方法ELISA法测定纯化的hIL-12诱使外周血单个核细胞产生IFN-γ的量。结果纯化的hIL-12在体外能刺激PBMC产生IFN-γ,而野生对照组无作用。结论本实验室从转hIL-12基因马铃薯中纯化的hIL-12具有生物学活性。 Objective To investigate the bioactivity of human interleukin 12 (hIL-12) purified from transgenic potatoes breeded by our research group. Methods ELISA was used to assess IFN-γ secretion of Peripheral blood mono-nuelear eells(PBMC) indueed by purified hIL-12. Results The purified hIL-12 was able to induce PBMC to secrete IFN-γ in vitro ,while wild potatoes was inactivity. Conclusions hIL-12 purified from transgenie potatoes breeded by our research group is bioaetive .
