冠心病患者动脉血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9及其组织抑制剂的水平变化及其临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨分析冠心病患者动脉血浆基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和组织抑制剂TIMI-1水平变化及其临床意义;方法收集急性冠脉综合征、稳定性心绞痛和冠脉造影正常的健康人的股动脉血标本,采用ELISA法检测标本中MMP-9和TIMI-1水平;结果三组病人基本资料特征比较无差异性;与对照组和SAP组相比,ACS组血浆MMP-9水平均明显升高,P<0.01,具有显著统计学差异,而SAP组与对照组相比无统计学差异。ACS组TIMP-1水平较SAP组和对照组降低,具有统计学意义,而SAP组和对照组之间的TIMP-1水平无差异。结论动脉血浆MMP-9水平明显升高是急性冠脉综合征患者的重要特征,检测其水平的变化可能有助于急性冠脉综合征的诊断和鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate the changes and significance of arterial plasma matrix metalloproteinase -9 and tissue inhibitor of metallopreteinase -1 in the patients with CHD. Methods ELISA was used to detect the changes of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in patients with ACS, SAP and control group. Results There were no differences in the basic data of three groups. Comparing with the SAP and Control group, The arterial plasma MMP-9 was obviously increased and there was a significantly difference in the ACS group, but there was no differences between SAP and Control group. The arterial plasma TIMP-1 was lower in the ACS group than in the SAP group and control group, but no change between SAP and Control group. Conclusions The increase of arterial plasma MMP-9 is an important characteristic of ACS, and may contribute to the diagnose and differential diagnosis of ACS through the measurement of arterial plasma MMP-9.
