鄂州实施“两个率先”战略的人才对接问题研究

On the Talent Joint Mode of the "Two Firsts" Strategy in Ezhou City

中共鄂州市委、市人民政府提出了"率先融入武汉城市圈、率先实现城乡一体化"的战略目标。人才是实现"两个率先"不可忽视的重要因素。抓好武汉城市圈人才对接工作是破解本地人才结构和技术资源瓶颈问题的关键,亦是促进鄂州今后经济社会事业发展的关键。该文在分析鄂州人才现状和存在问题的基础上,作出了推动人才对接工作的对策性思考。

The committee and gorvemment of Ezhou set a strategetic goal of ＂Leadingly integrate into the Wuhan City Circle, Leadingly realize the integration of the urban and the rural areas＂, Which produces an necessary element of talent. The talent joint of Wuhan City Circle is the key point to break through the bottle neck of talent structure and technical resourses. It is also a sticking point to the economic and social development of Ezhou in the future. This paper provide a countermeasure thought about this mission after an analysis of the talent situation and problems in Ezhou city.
