不同来源冬凌草叶HPLC指纹图谱研究

Species differentiation and quality assessment of Isodon Rubescens leaves by means of high-performance liquid chromatographic fingerprints

采用高效液相色谱法,以相关系数r和夹角余弦cosa表征相似度,对不同来源的14种冬凌草叶药材进行HPLC指纹图谱比较研究。通过对14种冬凌草叶HPLC指纹图谱分析及r、cosa比较,除4、5、13、14较其他差异较大外,其余10种冬凌草叶HPLC无明显差异;与标准对照品冬凌草甲素的指纹图谱比较发现,除第13种冬凌草叶样品不含有冬凌草甲素外,其余都含有冬凌草甲素。该方法准确、简单,能较好地识别冬凌草药材的种类,为冬凌草药材的质量评估提供有益的信息。

The high-performance liquid chromatographic （HPLC） method was used. The similarity was characterized by correlation coefficient r and cosine of the angle cosa, and then the HPLC fingerprints （ HPLC - FPS） of 14 species of lsodon Rubescens＇ s leaves from different regions was compared. On 14 species of Isodon Rubescens＇s leaves HPLC fingerprints analysis and r, cosa comparison, there are 10 species of Isodon Rubescens＇s leaves HPLC fingerprints indicates a great similarity except the sample 4, 5, 13 and 14. Comparising with the fingerprints of the standard reference substance oridonin, all of the samples contain oridonin except the sample 13. This method is accurate and simple. It can be used to differentiate Isodon Rubescens of different species, and provide some useful information for quality evaluation.
