摘要
在阅读和研究大量健美操相关文献资料的基础上,对国内外健美操运动影响人体健康体适能的五个方面(心肺功能、肌力、肌耐力、柔韧性和体脂成分)进行分析,旨在探讨健美操在改善健康体适能方面的功效,为指导科学健身提供依据。
Based on reading and studying a lot of literature materials on calisthenics at home and abroad. The effect of calisthenics on improving health related physical fitness was analyzed, aiming at guiding people to employ scientific methodology in exercise.
