摘要
体适能训练水平高低是竞技健美操运动员能够准确优美地完成一套技术动作的保障。由于大学生竞技健美操运动员在训练方面的投入精力有限,如何使大学生运动员体适能训练更好地为专项技术服务值得探讨。就竞技健美操体适能训练作用进行了分析,试图探讨能有效提高体适能训练的方法,并提出相应建议。
