紫外线B辐射增强对长春花幼苗的影响

摘要 以长春花幼苗为材料,在人工气候室内附加照射UV-B,研究了UV-B对植物体光合作用相关指标的影响.结果表明,UV-B处理能抑制长春花幼苗的株高,使植株矮化,导致生物量降低.UV-B对长春花幼苗的抑制作用是通过降低了叶片叶绿素含量,阻抑了PS的功能,以及促使叶片早衰脱落从而降低了植株的光合作用强度实现的.作为植物体的保护性适应,UV-B处理增加了类胡萝卜素及花青素的含量. Effects of enhanced UV-B radiation on photosynthetic mechanism of vinca rosea seeling was investigated in biotron. The results indicated that the treatment of enhanced UV-B radiation could inhibit the seeling growth,dwarf the plant and decrease the plant biomass. The inhibition on the seeling after enhanced UV-B radiation was carried out through three ways:reduced the content of chlorophyll, resisted of the process of PS Ⅱ and lessened the intensity of photosynthesis through accelerating the leaves abscission. As the body of plant protected adaption,the content of carotenoid and anthocyanin increased significantly after enhanced UV-B radiation.
