摘要
10个粳型光敏核不育系花时、花期明显表现为集中和分散两种类型。柱头外露率的差异更为明显,幅度为502%~5314%。掌握不育系的开花习性,对制种进行人工辅助授粉,提高异交结实率有重要作用。对花时、花期集中型的不育系制种每日赶粉次数、赶粉天数可少;而对分散型的每日赶粉次数、赶粉天数要多。选择柱头外露率高,花时、花期相对集中的不育系,可增强异交授粉能力和提高制种结实率。
It is appeared some different for the observation of flowering time, flowering season, stigma penetrance in ten Japonica photo sensitive genic male sterile lines. The flowering time and flowering season is shown two types distinctly; i. e. compact and scattered. The variation of stigma penetrance is more evident, its ranges are 5 02% 53 14%. It is important to master the flowering habit and to conduct auxiliary hand pollinate in seed making. The driving pollen frequency per day and days are little to the seed making process of flowering time, flowering season showing compact type sterile line; but the driving pollen frequency per day and days are more to the seed making process of flowering time, flowering season showing scattered type sterile line. It should be considered to increase the stigma penetrance of sterile line in order to improve the polinating ability of allogamy and to enhance the setting percentage.
