摘要
目的探索老年高血压患者进行健康教育的有效方法,提高健康教育质量。方法将197例老年高血压病人随机分成两组,实验组103例应用临床护理路径对病人进行健康教育;对照组。94例采用传统方法进行健康教育。比较两组病人相关知识和技能的掌握情况,情绪稳定,遵医行为,对护理质量的满意度。结果与对照组相比,实验组病人在相关知识和技能的掌握情况,情绪稳定,遵医行为和对护理质量的满意度有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论应用临床护理路径开展健康教育,可有效提高其教育效果。
Objective: To explore the effective method of health education for patients with elderly hypertension, to improve the quality of health education Method: 197 patients with elderly hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, the 103 patients in experiment group used health education based on clinical nursing pathway, and the 94 patients in control group used health education based on traditional method. Mastery of association disease knowledge and skill, emotional stability, compliance behavior and satisfaction of nursing quality were compared between two groups. Result: As compared with control group, mastery of association disease knowledge and skill, emotional stability, compliance behavior and satisfaction of nursing quality had statistical significance. Conclusion: Health education in clinical nursing pathway can effectively improve the quality of education.
