苏云金杆菌制剂生物测定标准鞘翅目昆虫的筛选 被引量:1

摘要 以对鞘翅目昆虫敏感的拟步行甲亚种(H8ab)筛选鞘翅目的标准生物测定昆虫。结果表明在被筛选的12种鞘翅目昆虫中,叶甲科的小猿叶甲和柳兰叶甲较敏感,其LC50分别为449428μg/ml和205848μg/ml。其中小猿叶甲因室内终年可繁殖,室内饲养容易而适宜作为苏云金杆菌制剂的标准测定昆虫。 In the paper,standard coleopotera for bioassay of Bacillus thurigiensis was screened wity Bt Sub.tenebriois (H8ab).The result showed that blue willow beetle and leaf beetle were more sensitive to Bt Sub.tenebrionis than the other insects among 12 insects tested,their LC 50 were 44 9428μg/ml snd 20 5848μg/ml respectively.Leaf beetle was selected as standard coleoptera insect for bioassay of Bacillus thuringiensis bacause it was easier to raise and reproduce in laboratory all the year round.
