艾迪联合环磷酰胺和氟尿嘧啶治疗乳腺癌的临床研究

Clinical Research of Treating Breast Cancer with Aidi Injection Combined with Cyclophosphamide and Fluorouracil

为了研究艾迪注射液与传统化疗药物治疗乳腺癌的临床作用,采用艾迪注射液联合环磷酰胺、氟尿嘧啶对42例乳腺癌患者进行治疗,并进行临床疗效观察。结果表明艾迪注射液其中的中药成分在辅助西医化疗药物治疗乳腺癌时,能够有效地提高化疗的疗效,使患者自觉症状有较好的改善,并有明显协同作用。说明艾迪注射液有一定的增效减毒,增强患者免疫力的作用。

To study the Clinical effects of Traditional chemotherapy drugs and Aidi injection on breast cancer patients, 42 Breast Cancer Patients were treated with Aidi injection combined with Cyclophosphamide and fluorouracil and clin- ical observations were done. Results showed that the Chinese medicine of Aidi injection can improve the effects of chemotherapy and patients＇symptoms and there are obvious synergy. Conclusions were drawn that Aidi injection was effective and attenuated, which can enhance patients＇ immunity.
