门诊处方抗菌药物管理及其成效分析

Analysis of Outpatients＇ Antimicrobial Prescriptionand Mengnagement Countermeasures

目的了解某院门诊患者抗菌药物使用情况，评价抗菌药物综合管理效果。方法随机抽取门诊2008年8月份西药处方共8571张，对抗菌药物使用金额、给药途径、联合用药等情况进行调查与分析。结果抗菌药物种类共39种，使用金额占总金额的23．02％；抗菌药物使用率为28．40％，其中一联占61．01％、二联占38．78％、三联占0．21％；前10种抗菌药物的DUI是否≤1．0。结论某院门诊抗菌药物使用基本合理。

OBJETIVE To investigate the application of aegnts in outpatients in a hospitaland to evaluate the efficacy of comprehensive menagement. Methods Totally 8 571 prescription in Auguest 2008 were investigated and analyzed. Antimicrobial prescription were selected to review and analyze in respect of the pay for antimicrobial among outpatients, administered approach and combining use. RESULTS The rate of antimicrobial usage was 28.40~ which took up 23.02% of total consumption. As for active treatment single drug consisted of 61.01%, two-drugs 38.78%, and three-drugs of 0.21%. CONCLUSIONS The antibiotic service is basically rational.
