网棚控制灰飞虱传毒感病鉴定法

Identifying Method of Greyfly Spreading Virus under the Control of Net Shed

用60～70目的尼龙网布制成网蓬，再用钢管支架撑起成棚，在棚内种植玉米材料。在人工控制条件下放入灰飞虱传毒感染粗缩病。

The net shed is made from 60～70 mesh nylon net, and is set up by steel pipes. Maize materials were planted in the netshed. Under the condition of artificial control, grey flies were put into the shed to spread maize rough dwarf virus. The objective is to identify maize materials which are resistant to MRDVDd.
