医学院校为农村培养应用型卫生人才的思考与探索

Thinking and exploration of medical colleges training practical health professionals for rural areas

本文通过对我国农村卫生人才的现状、存在的主要问题的分析，指出现阶段我国农村急需大量应用型卫生人才。医学高职高专院校要进一步明确人才培养目标，加大教育教学改革力度，加强教师队伍建设，引导学生树立正确就业观念，努力培养适应农村卫生发展需要的，“下得去、用得上、留得住”的应用型卫生人才。

Through analysis on current status and problems of China rural health professionals, it is pointed out that nowadays it＇ s in urgent need of a large number of health professionals in China rural areas. The medical junior colleges should define the training purpose of health professionals further more, intensify the reform of education and teaching, strengthen the construction of teaching team, guide the students to build up accurate mentality of employment, so as to construct a team of health professionals, which can, will and must engage in the extended medical care for grass roots, to adapt to the development of medical care in rural areas.
