The cultivation of students' innovative ability in pathological teaching

摘要 病理学是医学教育的主干课程及医师资格考试的必修课程,深受教师和学生的重视。南通大学医学院病理学教研室通过发挥教师的创新表率作用,制定合理的教学计划,编写与选用双语教材,构建理想的教学环境和开展各种教学活动,在教学中建立了民主、和谐的师生关系,营造了积极、愉悦的课堂氛围,训练了学生的创新思维,达到了深化教学内容和培养学生创新能力的目的。 Pathology is the backbone subject of medical education and a compulsory subject for qualified doctor tests. It is attached much importance by teachers and students. As the policy of reform and opening-up is deepening, the cultivation of student's innovative ability in pathological teaching has become the requirement of the age. In order to cultivate the spirit and ability of innoration, pathology teachers in Nantong University involve establishing reasonable teaching plans, use a series of scientific teaching methods, edit and choose the bilingual teaching materials carefully, constructing optimize teaching environment and designing some kinds of teaching programs. The results show a democratic and harmonious teachersstudents relationship, active and delighted atmosphere are established in the practice of pathology teaching. The innovation thinking habit the students has been training result in deepening teaching content and enhanceing the innovation ability the students.
