摘要
目的了解本科护理学专业学生对护理学专业的认知情况,总结护理学专业学生情感领域教育的现状并发现存在的问题,为改进教学方式和课程设置提供理论依据。方法采用自设问卷调查北京大学护理学院2002级~2005级本科护理学专业学生在入学初期及入学1年后对护理学专业的认知情况,包括对护理学专业的一般认知及对护士工作内容的认知,同时调查护理学专业学生获取有关护理学专业信息的途径。结果相对入学初期,入学1年后的学生对护理学专业的一般认知及护士工作内容的认知程度均有显著提高(P〈0.05),入学1年后学生对护理学专业的信息来源主要是教师的介绍及对护理学课程的学习。结论经过1年的学习,学生对护理学专业的认知程度显著提高,提示护理教育工作者应当从多方面对新入学的护理学专业学生加强专业情感教育。
Objective To find out the specialty recognition circs of the undergraduate nursing students, and to conclude the actuality of the emotional field education for nursing students in order to provide theoretical gist for improving teaching methods and curriculum setting. Method Grade 2002 to 2005 nursing students were investigated by self-designed questionnaire at the first and second academic year. Resuits Contrast of the first academic year, their specialty recognition was significantly improved at the second academic year( P 〈 0.05 ) and they obtained information about nursing specialty from teacher' s introducing and nursing curriculum. Conclusions After one year' s study, the specialty recognition of the nursing students was significantly improved. Nursing teaching staff should enforce the emotional field education for nursing students from many aspects.
