30例妇科肿瘤患者血浆中纤维蛋白原水平变化的实验研究

摘要 目的研究妇科肿瘤患者血浆中纤维蛋白原水平的变化。方法用巴曲亭降解纤维蛋白原,采用机算机自动检测系统测定。结果15例妇科恶性肿瘤患者血浆纤维蛋白单体聚合反应速率(FMPV)为0.75±0.42,最大吸光度(Amax)为0.215±0.088,凝固性纤维蛋白原含量(s)为3.98±2.06g/L,反应延滞时间(DT)为18±11,FMPV/Amax为3.47±0.67,与对照组比均有显著差异。15例妇科良性肿瘤患者血浆纤维蛋白单体聚合反应速率(FMPV)为0.63±0.22,最大吸光度(Amax)为0.194±0.067。凝固性纤雏蛋白原含量(s)为3.54±1.68g/L,反应延滞时间(DT)为25±11。FMPV/Amax为3.27±0.38。结论妇科肿瘤患者血浆纤维蛋白原水平上调,分子功能异常,表明机体处于高凝状态,有血栓形成的趋势。 Objective To study the plasma fibrinogen level of patients with gynecologic tumor. Methods Batroxobin hydrolyzed fibrinogen, and calculator automatic detection system were used for detection. Results In 15 cases of gynecologic malignant tumor, fibrin monomer polymerization reaction speed(FMPV) was 0.75±0.42, maximum attraction luminosity(Amax)was 0. 215±0.088 fibrinogen concentration(S)was 3. 98±2. 06g/L, reaction delayed time(DT)was18±11, FMPV/Amax was 3. 47±0. 67. In 15 cases of uterus myoma patients fibrinmonomer polymerization reaction speed (FMPV) was 0. 63±0. 22, maximum attraction lumi-nosity (Amax) was 0. 194±0. 067, fibrinogen concentration(S) was 3. 54±1.68g/L, reaction delayed time(DT)was 25±11, FMPV/Amax was 3. 27±0. 38. Conclusion Plasma fibrinogen concentration increases and its mole-cule function were abnormal in gynecologic tumor patients, patients with gynecologic tumor are at high-coagulation state.
