摘要
目的等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生的经验和疗效。方法采用等离子双极电切治疗前列腺增生198例。结果手术时闻平均63min，切除前列腺组织平均36．2g，继发尿道狭窄3例。所有患者均得到改善。结论经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术是治疗前列腺增生有效、安全的方法。
Objective To study the effect of treatment of plasma bipolar cut to BPH. Methods Use plasma bipolar cut to treat 198 patients suffered BPH. Result All the surgeries were consumed 63 min equally, excised the prostate 36.2g equally, 3 patients sufferd urethral stricture secondary. All the patients have improved. Conclusion The method of plasma bipolar cut to treat BPH is effect and safe.
