摘要
目的研究阿立哌唑联用坦度螺酮治疗偏执型精神分裂症的疗效分析。方法共120例病人各自联用阿立哌唑和坦度螺酮，单独使用阿立哌唑，使用PANSS进行评分。结果治疗8周后两组PANSS总分较疗前均有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。两组的临床疗效相当，但研究组起效较早，所用阿立哌唑的剂量较低，不良反应亦较对照组少而轻。结论阿立哌唑联用坦度螺酮治疗精神分裂症的方法值得使用。
Objective： Study the effect of aripiprazole combing tandospirone to treat schizophrenia. Methods： To treat 120 patients with aripiprazole and tandospirone, or aripiprazole alone, and use PANSS to measure. Result：The effect of these two group has improved greatly, but the controlled group has more side effects and larger dose. Conclusion： The method of aripiprazole combing tandospirone to treat schizophrenia is valuable.
