摘要
目的研究麻黄汤的总提物的发汗、平喘和祛痰的功效。方法使用氨雾引咳法观察镇咳作用、用酚红溶液比色法观察祛痰的作用、利用和田一高垣氏A溶液观察汗点。结果麻黄汤的总提物具有镇咳、祛痰和发汗的作用。结论通过证明总提物确有镇咳、祛痰和发汗的作用希望进一步发现有效部位。
Objective To study the pharmacodynamics of the extract from ephedrasoup. Methods Use NH3 to stimulate mice cough to observe the effect of antitussive; and use colorimetry to observe the effect of expectorant; Through hotana high-woon＇s A solution to observe the effect of transpiration. Result The extract of ephedra soup has effect of to find effective expectorant, antitussive and transpiratition. Conclusion Throuth this experiment we want parts from the extract.
