摘要
目的观察荆花胃康胶丸治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法90例消化性溃疡随机分为2组，荆花胃康治疗组60例，西医对照组30例，30d为1个疗程，观察临床疗效、胃肠内镜及幽门螺杆菌（Hp）变化。结果临床疗效治疗组总有效率85％，对照组66％，胃肠内镜及幽门螺杆菌疗效改善，治疗组优于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论荆花胃康胶丸是治疗消化性溃疡有效和安全的药物。
Objective To obserev the clinical cure effect of peptic ulcer who were treated with Jinghuaweikang Jiaowan. Methods 90 subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups. Jinghuaweikang therapeutic group （n=60） and routine Western medicine control group （n=30） . It were observed the clinical cure effect, Gastrointest Endoscope, and Helicobacter pylori （HP） improved after 30 days for one course of treatments. Results The total clinical cure effect of peptic ulcer in therapeutic group rate was 85% and western medicine control group rate was 66%. In Gastrointest Endoscope and PH were improved which were better than western medicine control group. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） . Conclusions Jinghuaweikang jiaowan is an effective and safe drug on patients with peptic ulcer.
