CD147是细胞表面糖蛋白,属于免疫球蛋白超家族。虽然CD147已经被发现了27年了(Biswas,1982),CD147在体内分布非常广泛,参与各种不同的生理过程,但是它的各种作用机理人们了解的还很少。尤其是CD147已被证实在多种肿瘤细胞中高表达,此外,最近还有研究表明CD147还刺激血管内皮生长因子和透明质酸的表达,二者分别诱导血管生成、非锚定生长和多重耐药性。以上的发现使CD147成为肿瘤发生、发展过程中的一个重要因子,CD147作为肿瘤靶向治疗的靶向也引起越来越多人的关注。本篇综述将讨论CD147在肿瘤发生、发展过程中的作用机制的最新进展。
CD147 is a cell surface glycoprotein that belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. CD147 was discovered 27 years ago (Biswas, 1982). CD147 has been found in association with several proteins and has been shown to be expressed on many cell types, but very little is known about its regulation and function in vivo. It is highly expressed on the surface of many tumor cells. Moreover, it has recently been shown that CD147 also stimulates expression of vascular endothelia growth factor and hyaluronan, which leads to angiogenesis and anchorage-independent growth/multi-drug resistance, respectively. These findings have made CD147 an important molecule in tumor progression and, thus, more attractive as a target for antitumor treatment. This review will discuss the role of CD 147 in tumor progression.
