归胃经寒性中药对胃热证大鼠全身及胃机能影响的因子分析模型

摘要 目的:建立归胃经寒性中药对胃热证大鼠全身及胃机能影响的因子分析模型.方法:采用干姜水煎剂灌胃建造胃热证大鼠模型,选用寒性程度不同的归胃经中药对其进行治疗,检测实验大鼠全身及胃机能指标的变化.利用SPSS13.0统计软件对实验大鼠全身及胃机能指标数据进行因子分析.结果:提取了两个公共因子,F_1命名为热证指标,F_2命名为寒证指标.定义归胃经中药的寒性指标F=-0.5818F_1+0.2728F_2.F值越大,表示归胃经中药的寒性程度越强.结论:经对所选中药F值的计算可知,中药的寒性指标值与中医临床上中药的寒凉程度相吻合,是衡量归胃经中药寒性程度的有效量化指标. To establish factor analysis model for functional effects of cold -property traditional Chinese medicine with channel tropism of stomach on rats with stomach-heat syndrome. Methods: Water decoction of Rhizoma zingiberis was used to feed rats to cause the stomach-heat syndrome model, and then decoctions of traditional Chinese medicine of different cold-properties with channel tropism of stomach were used to treat the different groups of rats respectively. Physiological function parameters of stomach and whole body were measured and the results analyzed by a statistical software SPSS13.0 for factor analysis. Results: Two common factors, F1andF2were selected, the former named heat-syndrome index, the latter named cold-syndrome index. F was defined as the index of cold-property of traditional Chinese medicine, F = -0.5818F1 + 0.2728F2. Conclusion: It revealed that the bigger of the value of F, the colder of the property the medicine, which is correspondent to the degree of cold-properties of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical experience. F can be used as an effective index to measure the degree of cold-property of traditional Chinese medicine.
