摘要
我国人力资源管理专业本科阶段的教育工作经历了近二十年的建设之后,面对新的经济环境和社会需求,需要在学科定位和案例教学方式方面进行阶段性反思。在强调培训学生的专业素质层面,重点宜放在逐步发掘和培养学生捕捉重要问题的意识能力上,这一意识能力的培养可能比专业能力本身的建设更为基础。实现这一目标,还需要对相应的案例教学方式进行改革,包括课时的安排和教材建设,重要的配套工作是完善导师制的建设。
The human resource management major construction in China' s universities needed to be reconsidered about orientation and teaching after two decades development under the new economic and social environment. The focus on the diathesis education should be orientated on the consciousness for the important problems. To some extent, this ability is more important than the general major knowledge and ability. To achieve the destination, the case - orientated teaching method should be reformed correspondingly, including rearrange for the teaching time and teaching materials' construction.
