摘要
交叉学科研究生教学中存在优秀生源不足、导师队伍匮乏、课程设置不科学和管理体制落后等方面的问题,应该从更新学科观念、招生政策扶持、责任导师和导师组相结合、科学设置交叉课程、改革管理体制等方面采取有针对性的措施予以解决。
Interdisciplinary graduate teaching has many problems such as lack of elite students, lack of supervisors, problems in curriculum setting and management system. So the author beheves that a brand - new disciplinary view and many related measures in admission policy and scientific adjustment among supervisors and interdisciplinary curriculum setting.
