摘要
大学生和谐人格的塑造是高等教育及社会主义和谐社会构建不可或缺的要素,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。文章对大学生和谐人格进行了界定,对大学生和谐人格的结构、实现机理和价值等问题进行了较为系统的微观探讨,并提出了塑造大学生和谐人格的相关途径。
It is of great theoretical and practical significance for higher education and socialism harmonious society to help college students shape harmonious personality. This paper gives a definition for harmonious personality of college students, and deals with some micro issues such as the structure, mechanism, value and how to help college students shape harmonious personality.
