改革开放三十年,我国政治、经济以及社会生活各个方面发生了巨大变化,法制建设特别是经济立法取得了令人瞩目的成就。山西省地方经济立法经历了从无到有、从粗放到精细、从激情到理性、从注重速度和数量到速度与质量并重这样一个逐步完善的过程,为改革开放提供了强有力的制度保障,促进了改革开放的深入发展。文章回顾了改革开放三十年山西省地方经济立法的发展历程,总结了其特点,并对未来山西省地方经济立法进行了展望。

Since 30 years of reform and opening policy, China has changed totally in many aspects such as politics, economy and social life, legal system construction especially economies legislation has got remarkable achievement. Shanxi local economic legislation has been improving. This paper reviews the history and process of Shanxi local economic legislation and puts forward prospect of the future legislation.
