新番５号是以中蔬６号为母本，以含不成熟基因Ｎｏｒ的０３０７材料为父本配制的耐贮番茄一代杂种。植株属无限生长类型，长势较强。果实大红色，近圆形，单果重１４０～１６０ｇ。果皮、果肉厚，含水分较少，味浓。果实耐贮运、抗裂性好。秋季室内自然条件下贮藏７０～９０天好果率仍在７０％以上，对解决秋冬季生产和长途运输具有良好作用。

甔infan No. 5’is a F 1 hybrid crossing ‘Zhongshu No. 6’ and line ‘0307’ with nonripening gene. The plant habit is indeterminate. The fruit is dark red and round. Average fruit weighted 140～160g. Thick skin and meat make the variety storable and resistant to cracking. When the fruits were stored for 70～90 day in autumn under room conditions. Seventy percent of fruits remained good.
