双踝关节滑膜软骨瘤病一例

摘要 患者 男，22岁，于10年前发现双踝关节有肿物缓慢生长突出并伴有疼痛，无明确外伤史。查体：双踝关节皮肤色泽正常，肿胀，压痛弱阳性，双踝关节能触及多个黄豆大小、质硬、活动自如的肿物。实验室检查无异常。X线片双踝关节周围可见圆形、类圆形、中央密度低周围密度高的钙化影，部分相互重叠似“葡萄状”，X线片诊断为双踝关节滑膜软骨瘤病（synovial chondromatosis，SOC）（图1，2）。行软骨瘤取出术及部分滑膜切除术。手术中可见关节滑膜增厚，部分结节状增生，
