以安徽省东至县池杉人工林木为试材，研究了间歇性淹水对池杉幼龄材与成熟材力学性质差异的影响。结果表明：不论有无间歇性淹水，池杉成熟材强度高于幼龄材，其差异极显著；间歇性淹水使池杉幼龄材与成熟材力学性质下降，幼龄材差异极显著，成熟材差异的差别较大，有极显著、一般显著、不显著。
