摘要
大鸨是鹤形目鸨科珍禽,现已濒临灭绝境地,为加强对野生动物的保护和研究,利用骨髓制备染色体的常规方法,制备大鸨染色体,分析了它的核型,认为大鸨具备鸟类原始核型,并与鹤形目鹤科,秧鸡科,三趾鹑科共8种鸟类核型进行比较,根据核型可看出大鸨与鹤科鸟类比较亲近。
Great Bustard is a species of rare birds, belonging to Bustard family, crane order As a wildlife, it is on the verge of extinction So further protection and studies are needed In this paper the Chromosomes of Great Bustard is obtained by the conventional method of bone marrow preparation, and the karyotype is analysed at the sametime Result indicated that Great Bustard possesses the primitive karyotype of birds, comparing with karyotypes of 8 species of birds: Gruidae, Rallidae and Turnicidae of Gruiformes The Great Bustard has a much closer relationship with Gruidae birds
